Manufacturing Facilities

The presses knurling machines, and assembling machines all are equiped with electronic controls & automatic feeding systems.

To provide highest level of clinical safety the manufacturing halls are air packed & pressurised filtered air is circulated through products only.

Shearing, printing, cap forming, knurling, wad assembling, electronic counting & packing. Billions of P. P. caps are provided in this manner, but impressive improvement in tooling, production speed, online inspection touch free process have all contributed to make P. P. caps produced in our plant.
